Review on REVLON Colorstay Whipped
Skin Condition:
- Very Oily Skin
- Pimple/Acne breaks out Occasionally
- Uneven Skin Tone, Redness and Visible Pores
- Never Ending Problem about Acne Marks
REVLON Colorstay Whipped 24hrs.
A Revlon sales lady introduced this to me 2 months ago. After many nods, and lots of sales talk I ended up buying the product. Also, every Revlon Colorstay range I have tried gave me a good experience.
Packaging And Formulation
The packaging looks elegant.
- Petite thick glass jar.
- 23.7 ml only (not the regular 30ml)
- Texture is smooth. No grainy and powdery feeling.
- The smell has a hint of alcohol and clay.
High-Points:
- Formula is lightweight which is suitable for oily skin.
- Non-Comedogenic.
- Formula is buildable. Sheer to medium coverage.
- Does not cake up.
- The longer you wear it, the more it will look good on you.
- Literally last long.
- Not matte and not too dewy.
- Although the formula is lightweight, I don't like the feeling when I am applying this one. I feel I am applying plastic balloon on my face.
- For some reason, the shade doesn't compliment my skin tone.
- Can be messy and is not very hygienic to use.
- The jar is heavy. Not travel-friendly.
- Expensive
Price
Around Php 950. I think I only paid for the jar.
Conclusion
Because the price and the staying power are just the same as the other Colorstay range, I conclude to try another foundation.
Thanks for Reading and Stay Confident! :D
